Using Ravish

You may use Ravish only if you can enter a binding agreement and are at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping access to your email secure, and for providing accurate account information.

The service is for entertainment and creative expression. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, or unexpected. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional decisions.

Content and conduct

You keep ownership of original content you submit. You give Ravish a limited license to host, process, display, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and generate the experience you request.

You must not use Ravish to:

• exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors, or create content that presents a character as under 18 in a sexual context;
• impersonate a real person deceptively, violate privacy or publicity rights, or upload someone else's confidential information;
• threaten, stalk, defraud, harass, or facilitate illegal harm;
• probe, bypass, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with security, rate limits, payment controls, or the service;
• submit content you do not have the right to use or infringe intellectual-property rights.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure Ravish.

Embers and purchases

Embers are a limited, revocable license to access eligible in-app features. They are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value outside Ravish. Pack contents and prices are shown before checkout.

PortOne and PayPal process payments. Applicable taxes, payment provider terms, and legally required refund rights still apply. If a purchase is duplicated, not delivered, or appears unauthorized, contact help@ravish.chat with the account email and payment reference. We may correct balances affected by refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or technical errors.

Availability and changes

Ravish is evolving and may change, pause, or discontinue features, models, characters, prices, or availability. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that generated output will be suitable for every user.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material updates will be presented through the service or another reasonable channel. Continuing to use Ravish after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Ending use

You may stop using Ravish at any time and may request deletion by emailing help@ravish.chat from your account email. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or others.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Ravish is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that AI output will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
