Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, and sign-in provider information used for magic-link or Google sign-in.
• Profile and creations: your display name, username, profile details, personas, characters, and other content you choose to create.
• Chat content: conversation settings, messages, fictional role/persona text, relationship progress, and related timestamps.
• Purchase records: the Ember pack, price, currency, payment reference, fulfillment status, and resulting Ember ledger entries. Ravish does not store your full card or PayPal credentials.
• Technical data: request metadata needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP-derived rate-limit keys, device/browser logs, and error records.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, save and continue stories, generate AI replies and suggestions, maintain balances, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is processed

Account, profile, chat, and purchase-ledger data is stored in Supabase in the ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo) region. Ravish is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure processes web requests, deployment assets, and operational logs.

Service providers

• Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and realtime infrastructure.
• OpenRouter receives the conversation context needed for generation and routes it to configured model providers, including Google Gemini. Fallback generation may use other configured providers such as Anthropic or DeepSeek.
• PortOne and PayPal process checkout and payment confirmation. They receive transaction, customer, and order details needed to complete a purchase.
• Vercel hosts and delivers the application and processes routine request and diagnostic data.

These providers may process data outside your country under their own privacy terms and security controls.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, profile, and chat data while your account is active so your stories remain available. Security and operational logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to detect abuse and diagnose the service. Purchase and fulfillment records may be retained longer where required for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

To request account and content deletion, email help@ravish.chat from your account email. We may verify your identity before acting. We will delete or de-identify data we control unless retention is legally required; limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups until their normal expiry.

Your choices and safety

You can choose what profile, persona, and story information to provide. Do not put sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else into chats. Ravish is not directed to minors and does not permit anyone under 18 to use the service.
